Adam Feldman Named Denver Law Review 2016 Emerging Scholar Award Winner

The Denver Law Review is pleased to announce Adam Feldman as the winner of the 2016 Emerging Scholar Award. Mr. Feldman is a Ph.D. student in Political Science at the University of Southern California and holds his J.D. from the University of California Berkeley. His work has been mentioned in the New York Times, Above the Law, Law 360, Legal Business, and many other forums. Mr. Feldman's article, Counting on Quality: The Effects of Merits Brief Quality on Supreme Court Decisions, will be published in Issue 1, Volume 94 of the Denver Law Review. The article provides a unique empirical analysis linking the quality of Supreme Court briefs to case decisions. Please join us in congratulating Mr. Feldman for this recognition of his excellent composition.
